In the Health Care Reminders area of the site, rather than just remind members that they have a chronic condition, we wanted to give them more information about what the condition is all about. This includes highlighting how the member’s personal results tie in to the condition as a whole and tips on how to manage the condition on their own. These wires helped communicate the intended user experience to stakeholders at both the business and regional level.
