Archimedes Health Action Plan

Designed specifically for Diabetes patients with a history of poor medication adherence, Archimedes is a tool “prescribed” by the doctor for the patient. The member goes through the various steps in the tool, such as answering questions about current lifestyle and medication management. Based on those answers, the user is then able to set & commit to one or more attainable goals, complete with an animated graphic to dynamically communicate how committing to each goal will help improve their overall health.
