In order to empower patients to manage their health, it’s imperative to provide a dedicated space for members & caregivers to be able to keep track of hospital stays, the outcomes and home care instructions as needed. These wires communicate how the user would access this area of the site and how they would be able to view information for current & past hospital stays.
