Medicare “Age-In” Microsite

This microsite was created to target current Kaiser Permanente members who are nearly 65 years of age, and thus “aging in” to Medicare eligibility. It provides specific information on how to make the transition to receiving Medicare coverage with Kaiser Permanente as painless as possible.
